Indian River Fitness is your neighborhood gym. Voted best gym in Micco. With over 6,800 sqft of gym space, Indian River Fitness has something to offer everyone.

Indian River Fitness provides personalized exercise and wellness programs with a fully equipped fitness center, private aerobic studio, separate free heavy weight room, wellness center and free monthly wellness seminars.

Our gym has a full line of cardio, Life Fitness, and Cybex weight training equipment plus free weights. With over 100 pieces of exercise equipment including a separate free weight training area and Life Fitness Dual Functional Trainer, Indian River Fitness has something to offer everyone.

Owned and operated by Lynne Fraser, BS Exercise Physiology, ACE PT, and more. With over 50 years in the wellness and fitness industry, Lynne Fraser is dedicated to providing the best neighborhood gym!

Timeline

June 2013

Indian River Fitness Opens!

Jan. 2015

Added 3,000 sqft at 8000 Ron Beatty Blvd, Suite A1.

Jan. 2017

Relocated the aerobic studio to 8000 Ron Beatty Suite B1.

June 2017

Moved the entire gym to 8000 Ron Beatty. Added a separate 1,500 sqft free weight area.

March 2018

Added a relaxing and restorative Wellness Center for massage, facials, nutrition, stress management, pain management and more.
